Job Overview

We are seeking a caring and responsible Babysitter/Nanny to provide attentive childcare and support for families. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with children, capable of creating a safe and nurturing environment, and skilled in various caregiving tasks. Duties

Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children's dietary needs Assist with homework, teaching, and educational activities to support learning goals Maintain a clean and organized environment, including light cleaning related to childcare Provide caregiving support for children with disabilities or special needs, ensuring their safety and comfort Follow family routines and schedules for naps, playtime, outings, and bedtime Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns

Requirements

Prior experience working with children, including caregiving or teaching roles Ability to cook healthy meals and perform meal preparation tasks Experience working with children with disabilities is preferred but not required Strong skills in cleaning and maintaining a tidy environment for children Compassionate, patient, and attentive demeanor with a genuine love for children Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with families and children of diverse backgrounds Reliable transportation or ability to commute as needed for childcare duties
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 32 per week
