Helping Hands Nanny and Au Pair Services is looking for passionate, responsible, and qualified childcare providers. We provide a safe and secure way to book private childcare services and connect families with providers. This family is looking for a part time mothers helper in St Albert.

Job Responsibilities

- Provide high quality childcare services in the family's home.

- Create opportunities for physical activity and educational engagement with the children.

- Lead children in fun activities.

- Provide light household duties and meal prep as agreed upon with the family.

- Prioritize safety and well being of children at all times.

- Assist in driving or walking children to and from school or activities if requested by the family.

Job Qualifications

- Must be at least 18 years old

- Standard Childcare First Aid CPR Level B or First Aid CPR Level C is required.

- Clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector check.

- Early Childhood Educator Certificate Level 1, 2 or 3 considered an asset.

- Valid drivers license considered an asset.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Demonstrate a high level of organization and multitasking skills.

- Ability to follow written and verbal directions.

- Ability to receive constructive feedback.

- Child-care related references will be requested.

Hours of work: 3 to 4 days per week, 1230 pm to 430 pm. Additional hours available for occasional weekend or evening help.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
