What You'll Do

Provide loving supervision and thoughtful engagement with children in a safe and positive atmosphere. Plan and prepare healthy meals and snacks that fuel curiosity and growth. Support homework time and educational activities helping kids build confidence and joy in learning. Keep the home tidy and welcoming after meals, playtime, and throughout the day. Provide compassionate support for children with disabilities, offering patience, understanding, and individualized care. Organize fun, age-appropriate activities that nurture physical, social and emotional development. Communicate regularly with parents we believe in teamwork and transparency.
What We're Looking For

Experience working with children (babysitting, nannying or caregiving) and a genuine love for being with them. Confident cooking skills and ability to prepare healthy, simple meals. Comfortable keeping things clean, organized, and inviting. Experience or openness to working with children who have disabilities understanding, flexible, and patient. Strong communication skills you'll connect with children

and

with parents. A passion for teaching, engaging, and helping children grow in a nurturing space. Someone who treats the family like it's their own because at Donacare.ca, we do!
