Job Summary

We are seeking a caring and responsible Babysitter/Nanny to provide attentive childcare and support for families. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for working with children, excellent caregiving skills, and the ability to create a safe, nurturing environment. This role involves engaging children in educational and recreational activities, preparing meals, and assisting with daily routines to promote their well-being and development.

Duties

Supervise and monitor children to ensure their safety at all times Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children's dietary needs Assist with homework, teaching, and age-appropriate activities to promote learning Engage children in play, arts and crafts, reading, and other developmental activities Maintain cleanliness of the child's living area, including light cleaning and organizing Provide caregiving support for children with disabilities or special needs as required Follow family routines for naps, bedtime, and daily schedules Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns

Qualifications

Prior experience working with children in a caregiving or teaching capacity Ability to cook nutritious meals and prepare snacks for children Experience working with children with disabilities is a plus Strong caregiving skills with patience, compassion, and reliability Ability to perform light cleaning tasks related to childcare areas Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with parents and family members Demonstrated responsibility in managing children's safety and well-being Knowledge of child development principles and age-specific activities is desirable
