Are you an energetic, caring nanny with experience in Montessori or positive education techniques?

We are a warm and friendly family looking for an energetic and caring nanny to support our two young children -- a 4-year-old boy and a 2-year-old girl. We value a nurturing environment that promotes independence, kindness, and learning through play.

What We're Looking For:

A nanny with experience or knowledge in

Montessori methods

and

positive education strategies

. Preferably a

Latin background

, with experience raising children, and a natural ability to create a structured yet fun environment. Someone energetic, patient, and genuinely passionate about children's development. Ability to communicate in

English

(Spanish is a plus).

Responsibilities:

Engage children in age-appropriate activities that encourage independence, creativity, and social skills. Support daily routines (meals, nap/quiet time, outdoor play, reading, etc.). Foster a positive, respectful, and safe environment. Light tidying related to children's activities.

Qualifications:

Previous nanny/childcare experience with young children. Knowledge or certification in Montessori, psychology or positive discipline methods is an asset. Energetic, friendly, and reliable. Ability to create a positive, engaging atmosphere that fosters learning and growth. Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children are essential traits for success in this role.
