We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Babysitter/Nanny who is passionate about providing exceptional care for children. The ideal candidate will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children while supporting their developmental needs. This role requires a proactive individual who can engage with children through various activities, ensuring their well-being and happiness.
Responsibilities
Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities, including educational games, arts and crafts, and outdoor play.
Prepare nutritious meals and snacks while accommodating any dietary restrictions.
Assist with homework and provide tutoring as needed to support learning.
Maintain cleanliness in the children's play areas and assist with household chores related to childcare.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise.
Provide care for children with disabilities, ensuring they receive the appropriate support tailored to their needs.
Experience
Previous experience working with children in a babysitting or nanny capacity is essential.
Skills in cooking and meal preparation are highly desirable to promote healthy eating habits.
Experience in caregiving or teaching is a plus, particularly for those working with children who have special needs or disabilities.
A strong ability to clean and maintain an organized environment is beneficial for overall household management.
