Compensation:

$20/hour (45 hours minimum per week)

Overtime:

Paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate after 45 hours/week

Vacation:

14 business days per year

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Nail Technician to join our team. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nail care services and enhancing our clients' overall experience. This full-time, non-seasonal position offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Paint fingernails and toenails, ensuring a high level of precision and creativity. Cut, clean, and shape nails to meet clients' preferences and hygiene standards. Recommend nail colors and designs tailored to each customer's style and preferences. Remove previously applied polish and perform nail preparations. Apply powder gel and acrylic nails, shaping them to perfection, and offering related treatments. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the beauty station between appointments. Sterilize equipment to maintain a safe and sanitary working environment. Inform clients about additional nail care services and special offers. Provide hand and foot massages to enhance the overall customer experience. Offer valuable nail care tips, such as strengthening natural nails and extending the lifespan of nail colors. Build strong customer relationships by engaging in conversations and remembering client preferences.

Qualifications:

Valid Nail Technician license or certification. Proven experience as a Nail Technician preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and artistic creativity. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of the latest nail trends, techniques, and products. Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace. Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
