Duties

Keep up-to-date with the latest nail trends, techniques, and products to provide innovative services. Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and salon productivity. Educate clients on proper nail care routines and product usage for ongoing maintenance. Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sterilized after each use.

Requirements

Valid state Nail Technician license or certification as required by local regulations. Proven experience in performing various nail treatments with a strong portfolio of work preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Strong attention to detail and a steady hand for precise work. Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in a salon environment. Ability to stay current with industry trends and new techniques. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed to accommodate client schedules.
