Nail Technician

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional nail care services to our clients, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of hygiene and sanitation while delivering quality nail treatments. A strong focus on customer service and the ability to communicate effectively with clients is essential for success in this position.

Compensation: Flexible options from booth rental to commission split or wage

Duties

Perform a variety of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements. Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized before and after each use. Provide body waxing services as needed, adhering to safety and sanitation protocols. Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail care treatments. Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all health and safety regulations. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up communication.

Skills

Proficient in various nail care techniques, including manicures, pedicures, and nail art. Knowledge of body waxing procedures is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs. Ability to sanitize tools and maintain cleanliness in accordance with industry standards. Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques to promote services and products. Exceptional customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for clients. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Pay: $18.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 50 per week
