Responsibilities
Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized before and after each use to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Provide body waxing services as needed, adhering to best practices for client comfort and safety.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations.
Engage in retail sales by promoting and upselling products that complement nail care services.
Maintain an organized workstation and ensure that all supplies are stocked and readily available.
Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care techniques and products to provide clients with the best possible service.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Proficiency in body waxing techniques is preferred but not mandatory.
Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a hygienic work environment.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
Experience in retail sales with an aptitude for upselling products related to nail care.
