We are seeking a talented and passionate Nail Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and will be skilled in various Nail techniques. As a Nail Technician, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the appearance and confidence of our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Duties

Provide high-quality Nail Care services, including Manicures, Gel Extensions, and services tailored to individual client needs. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Engage with clients to understand their preferences, offering professional advice on styles and products. Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments and greeting clients upon arrival. Upsell salon products and services effectively to enhance client experience and contribute to salon revenue. Maintain accurate records of client services and preferences for future visits. Stay updated on the latest trends in Nail Art techniques and products through continuous education.

Experience

Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Familiarity with retail sales techniques and upselling strategies is a plus. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. A valid cosmetology license is required.

Pay: $19.22-$22.32 per hour
