Duties

Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, biogel, shellac gel nails, acrylics, and nail art. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools to ensure client safety. Engage with clients through effective communication to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or retail products. Upsell additional services and retail items to enhance client satisfaction and business growth. Deliver excellent customer service by creating a relaxing and friendly environment for clients. Keep detailed records of services provided and client preferences for future appointments. Stay current with the latest nail trends, techniques, and sanitation practices through ongoing education.

Requirements

Experience in nail care, including manicure, pedicure, gel, acrylics, and nail art preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with health regulations. Proven ability to upsell services and retail products confidently. Excellent communication skills to ensure clear understanding of client needs and preferences. Retail sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for promoting products is essential.
