As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail treatments, maintaining sanitation standards, and fostering positive customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and techniques to provide clients with the best possible service.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in accordance with health regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations.
Educate clients on proper nail care and maintenance to enhance their overall experience.
Upsell additional services or products that complement the client's chosen treatments.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation of the salon.
Skills
Proficient in color theory and its application in nail art.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a safe working environment.
Background in cosmetology with expertise in nail care techniques.
Familiarity with hair extensions, body waxing, hair styling, eyelash extensions, and hair threading is a plus.
Basic understanding of retail sales principles and retail math for effective upselling strategies.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
