As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services while ensuring a clean and sanitized environment. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients and upsell services will contribute to the overall success of our salon.
Responsibilities
Provide professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
Perform body waxing services as needed, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations.
Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail art and techniques to provide innovative services.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up.
Experience
Previous experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
Proficiency in various nail care techniques and knowledge of products used in the industry.
Experience in body waxing is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell services effectively.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
