Job Description

Responsibilities of this position include:

Deliver the curriculum as per the course syllabus including theory and practical training

Develop and prepare various teaching methods as appropriate for the various course topics

Prepare, administer and grade evaluation criteria to assess student progress

Ensure and enforce student code of conduct and regulations that must be followed in the classroom

Maintain accurate attendance and evaluation records

Promote in-school services to clients and maintain client records

Promote school product lines

Adhere to strict professionalism and work standards, maintain objective and professional-only relation with students.

Be able to effectively resolve conflicts or problem-solve with students and clients

Ability to deliver training online using Zoom or Google Hangouts is a must

The candidate must be able to teach theory and hands-on for the following topics:

- manicure and pedicure

- massage techniques

- paraffin treatment

- theory and business functions

- client consultation

- spa treatments

- acrylic nails

- powder gel nails

- gel nails

- nail artistry

- shellac and bio-gel nails

- nail building and all other types of extensions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour
