As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers will be essential in enhancing their overall experience.

Duties

Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements. Provide body waxing services as needed, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction. Sanitate tools and workstations according to industry standards to maintain a safe environment. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering professional advice on nail care. Engage in retail sales by promoting and upselling products that complement the services provided. Maintain accurate records of services performed and products sold. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments to provide clients with innovative options.

Experience

Previous experience as a Nail Technician or in a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of nail care techniques and products. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Experience in retail sales is a plus, particularly in upselling beauty products. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
