Duties
Perform various nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up.
Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques to provide innovative services.
Skills
Proficient in nail care techniques including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
Experience in retail sales with the ability to upsell products effectively.
