Responsibilities
Provide a range of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized before and after each use.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation to promote a safe environment for clients.
Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate services.
Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance the client experience.
Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and techniques to provide clients with innovative options.
Assist with body waxing services as needed, ensuring client comfort throughout the process.
Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Skills
Proficient in various nail care techniques, including manicure and pedicure applications.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that promotes client satisfaction.
Ability to upsell services and products in a professional manner.
Experience in retail sales is a plus, enhancing the overall client experience through product recommendations.
Knowledge of body waxing techniques is beneficial but not mandatory.
