Responsibilities

• Provide a range of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized before and after each use.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation to promote a safe environment for clients.
• Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate services.
• Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance the client experience.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and techniques to provide clients with innovative options.
• Assist with body waxing services as needed, ensuring client comfort throughout the process.
• Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Skills

• Proficient in various nail care techniques, including manicure and pedicure applications.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that promotes client satisfaction.
• Ability to upsell services and products in a professional manner.
• Experience in retail sales is a plus, enhancing the overall client experience through product recommendations.
• Knowledge of body waxing techniques is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within the salon environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
