We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional nail care services to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort throughout their experience. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment while delivering high-quality nail treatments. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service will be essential in building lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized before and after each use.
Provide body waxing services as needed, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable services.
Up sell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
Maintain a clean and organised workstation throughout the day.
Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products to provide clients with innovative options.
Skills
Proficient in various nail care techniques, including manicures, pedicures, and nail art, gel overlays, gel x, shellac application.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Experience in body waxing is a plus but not mandatory.
Knowledge of retail sales techniques to effectively promote products and services.
Excellent communication skills to clearly convey information to clients.
Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with industry regulations.
