Nail Bar Manager

to lead our team and uphold the exceptional standards that define our brand.

Role Overview:

As the Nail Bar Manager, you will be the face and force behind the day-to-day operations of our premium nail bar. You'll ensure a flawless client experience, lead a team of skilled technicians, and oversee operational efficiency while maintaining a strong focus on service excellence, hygiene standards, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Hire, train, motivate, and manage a team of nail technicians and front-of-house staff.

Client Experience:

Ensure each client receives a five-star experience from entry to exit.

Operations Management:

Oversee daily operations, inventory control, appointment scheduling, and equipment maintenance.

Quality Control:

Maintain the highest standards in hygiene, service protocols, and customer care.

Marketing & Client Relations:

Support brand promotion efforts, build loyal client relationships, and respond professionally to client feedback.

Compliance:

Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in a luxury salon, spa, or beauty environment Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills Proven track record in team management and client satisfaction Excellent understanding of nail services, trends, and hygiene practices Tech-savvy with experience using salon booking or POS software Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
