We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nail care and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and upsell products will enhance the overall client experience.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
Provide body waxing services as needed, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate nail care treatments.
Upsell retail products to clients based on their individual needs and preferences.
Keep accurate records of services performed and products sold.
Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty techniques through ongoing education.
Skills
Proficient in various nail care techniques, including manicure, pedicure, and nail art.
Experience in body waxing is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information about services and products.
Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients.
Ability to upsell products and services while maintaining a positive client experience.
