Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced MWP Support Team Leader to oversee day-to-day operations, manage team performance, and ensure seamless support delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to drive process improvements while supporting the team in handling escalations and critical incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the MWP Support team to achieve performance and quality goals.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
Act as the primary escalation point for complex or high-impact incidents.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and efficiency.
Track metrics, prepare reports, and recommend process enhancements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or combination of education and equivalent relevant experience.
5+ years of experience in IT Support / MWP operations.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with ITIL processes and incident/request management tools preferred.
