Rockstar Music is a network of university-educated musicians, teachers and recording industry professionals. We provide private, one-on-one, in-home and online music lessons, as well as community-based music programs, including Rock Bands, Preschool and Ukulele Jams.

We are currently seeking Music Teachers to join our team.

Requirements:

A reliable vehicle to get to and from lessons. No public transit or bikes. Reliable, patient, open-minded and enjoy working with children Able to work independently with limited to no supervision Able to teach technique and repertoire in a fun, engaging manner Post-secondary and RCM education is considered an asset ECEs & Ontario Certified Teachers are encouraged with rate premiums
Responsibilities:

Encourage the joy of making music Help students develop the discipline and commitment required for success Make learning just as fun as making music itself Building a strong relationship with the students to better help them succeed Give brief feedback to parents at the end of every lesson

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.00-$40.00 per hour
