About You
You will have a background in either finance, consulting, training or customer service with experience in the public sector. Tech savvy with a passion for helping people and making technology feel easy and approachable. You are a natural relationship builder with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You take initiative and have a growth mindset and a desire to lean new tools and systems and are comfortable working with ambiguity and asking questions when needed. You will have strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced organization.
What You'll be Doing
Be the friendly face of our software for new clients -- guiding them through onboarding and setup.
Help municipalities streamline and automate their processes using our platform.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and configure solutions that work for them.
Lead training sessions and workshops that empower users to succeed.
Troubleshoot issues and offer creative, people-first solutions.
Grow your skills in project management, consulting, and technology -- with mentorship and support every step of the way.
Travel to customer sites across North America as required
About You
Background in finance, consulting, training, or customer service -- bonus points for public sector experience.
Tech-savvy and passionate about making technology approachable.
A natural relationship builder with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Curious, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity -- you ask questions and take initiative
Organized and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience That Helps
Worked with or for a municipality (or have a strong interest in local government)
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Jira, or basic scripting.
Interest in automation, digital transformation, or civic tech.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
