We are seeking a dynamic, energetic and self-motivated individual to join our Operations Team as a
Multi-Unit / District Manager who has experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry.
The potential candidate must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Greater Moncton area. They must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation due to the expectation of daily travel among locations in Southeastern New Brunswick.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales by ensuring locations deliver exceptional guest service, including but not limited to high standards of guest service, guest satisfaction and quality and cleanliness in the restaurant
Ensure locations follow all in-house and corporate policies and procedures
Focus on meeting targets and goals including but not limited to food, paper and labour with Management Teams
Coach Managers on a day-to-day basis to help them achieve specific restaurant goals and targets
Lead by example when it comes to day-to-day operations in the restaurant

Qualifications:
7-10 years of multi-unit management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, with responsibility for overseeing multiple locations.
Experience managing P&L, budgets, and cost control to ensure profitability across all units.
Strong leadership skills, with experience in developing and coaching teams.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Operational expertise in guest service and quality control in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a successful team.
