Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team here at Pizza Delight Shediac/Bouctouche/Richibucto/Amherst . This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants by performing maintenance and repair tasks across various systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance, electrical systems, and mechanical knowledge, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, and electrical systems. Execute tasks as needed for repairs or modifications to restaurant equipment Read and interpret schematics to diagnose problems effectively. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts used. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.

Skills

Experience with Systems for effective tracking of maintenance tasks. Strong background as an electrician/plumbing with knowledge. Familiarity with HVAC systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance. Buildings skills for structural repairs or modifications as required. Knowledge of maintenance practices. Proficient in English with strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to analyze complex issues quickly.
