Design and produce printed collateral, e.g. brochures, catalogues, flyers and other print material
Design across all digital assets, e.g. advertising, electronic newsletters, banners, social media and other digital media.
Alter designs to fit requirements for different sizing on print, social media and digital media platforms as needed
Able to perform color corrections and manipulate images
Ensure all materials are on-brand and align with brand guidelines
Managing own workflow processes and design execution, and ensuring quality control of creative work
Preparing creative material for production and coordinating with external third parties for production when applicable
Manage shared library of creative assets
Additional marketing projects as required
Skills and Qualifications:
Professional Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related discipline preferred
2+ years' experience in graphic design
Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in an ever-evolving environment.
Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, etc.)
Adaptive design eye and skill, creative flexibility
Excellent communication skills
Excellent time management and organization skills, able to work under tight timelines
Strong attention to detail and able to critically analyze own work
Experience with Figma, Hubspot, Canva, and Click-up considered and asset
Photography and videography skills considered an asset
A portfolio of experiences and previous work will be required if an interview is requested.

Full Time (12-18 Month Maternity Leave Contract);
This is an onsite role with potential for moving to a limited hybrid schedule following successful completion of training and demonstrated proficiency in the role.
