The MDU Sales Leader will be responsible for driving sales and managing relationships within the Multi-Dwelling Unit segment, including apartments, condos, townhomes, and mixed-use developments. This role involves identifying new MDU opportunities, building partnerships with property owners and managers, and executing strategies to expand RFNOW's footprint in residential communities.

General Responsibilities:



Sales & Business Development



o Identify and pursue new MDU opportunities for telecom services (internet, TV, phone).


o Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and grow market share.


o Generate leads and close sales deals with property developers, management companies, and HOAs.

Relationship Management



o Build and maintain long-term relationships with property managers, owners, and developers.


o Act as the primary point of contact for MDU partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.


o Negotiate access agreements and right-of-entry (ROE) contracts.

Project Coordination



o Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, installation, legal) to ensure timely service delivery.


o Oversee property onboarding and collaborate on marketing campaigns to drive tenant adoption.

Market Intelligence



o Monitor competitive landscape, market trends, and customer needs.


o Provide feedback to product and marketing teams for service improvements.

Reporting & Analysis



o Track sales performance, forecast pipeline, and report key metrics to senior leadership.


o Maintain CRM records and documentation of partnership agreements.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in telecom, real estate, or technology. Proven track record in MDU, property management, or similar verticals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Understanding of telecom infrastructure and services, and technology solutions is a plus. Knowledge of government programs or initiatives related to rural broadband and connectivity is preferred. Ability to analyze and interpret market trends and customer needs in rural sectors. Proficiency in CRM tools (ex. Salesforce, HubSpot) may be beneficial.

Work Conditions



Ideally located in southern Manitoba or southeastern Saskatchewan, this is a hybrid role, with some in office or in-community time and travel, required. Ability to attend and conduct presentations. Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals. Overtime as required.
