Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tradesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in various trades, including construction, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. As a Tradesman, you will be responsible for executing projects with precision and quality, ensuring that all work meets industry standards and client expectations. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints and schematics, and proficiency in using hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute construction projects accurately. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks including carpentry, masonry, and concrete forming. Perform construction estimating to assess project costs and material requirements. Execute concrete finishing tasks with precision to ensure durability and aesthetics. Install cabinets, flooring, tiles, and perform restoration work as needed. Conduct plumbing tasks including installation and repair of fixtures. Carry out electrical work adhering to safety regulations and codes. Operate heavy equipment safely when required for specific projects. Apply caulking and perform construction painting to finish projects professionally. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience in multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, masonry, welding, flooring installation, tile laying, restoration, and construction painting. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and the ability to interpret technical documents effectively. Familiarity with construction estimating processes is preferred. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Experience in concrete forming and finishing is a plus. Heavy equipment operation experience is beneficial but not mandatory. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
