With a strong local presence and top-tier talent, we deliver high-quality services as we help our customers bring their resources to our world.FLINT is seeking a Dozer/Excavator and Front End Loader operator to carry out groundwork in the tailings area of the mine for a permanent position in Fort McMurray, AB starting in January. In this position, you will enjoy a 14 on/14 off schedule, camp accommodations, flights provided from Calgary or Edmonton, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.Qualifications

• Minimum of 2000 hours of experience operating a 250+ excavator, 2000 hours on a D8+ dozer as well as 2000 hrs on 966/988 Front End Loader .
• Must be willing to complete ground work and able to lift 50lbs. Tailings/cell exp asset.
• Demonstrated experience in open pit mining, with a minimum of 2000 hours.
• Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:

• CSO or BSO (Common Safety Orientation from Energy Safety Canada or OSSA Basic Safety Orientation)
• Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
• Able to train on new equipment when requested.
• Able to provide a clean 3-year drivers abstract with under 9 demerits.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
