We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in construction and maintenance tasks, demonstrating proficiency in various trades. This role is essential for ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. The Skilled Carpenter/Labourer will work collaboratively with other team members to execute tasks on-site, contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of construction tasks including drywall installation and repair. Assist carpenters in framing and finishing work. Fabricate and assemble materials as required for specific projects. Install siding and roofing materials with precision. Conduct maintenance person services for minor repairs and maintenance tasks. Engage in construction painting to enhance the aesthetic appeal of completed projects. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Skills

Proficiency in drywall installation and repair techniques. Experience in carpentry, with an understanding of framing and finishing processes. Ability to read blueprints accurately for effective project execution. Skills in fabrication, including cutting, shaping, and assembling materials. Knowledge of siding installation techniques and roofing systems. General maintenance person skills for various repair tasks around the site. A valid ticket is considered an asset
