We're expanding our Belleville team and seeking an

MSW Therapist

to join us in supporting

military families (CFB Trenton referrals)

and

couples therapy

What Is The Role:

You'll provide therapy for

individuals and couples

, with a primary focus on military referrals and couples. You'll have the opportunity to:

Help rebuild trust, improve communication, and heal old wounds in relationships. Support military families in navigating the unique challenges of service life. Work within a collaborative, supportive team that values excellence and connection.

Who We're Looking For:

This isn't just about qualifications--it's about alignment with our mission to create transformational change. We're looking for therapists who:

Are registered with OCSWSSW. Bring experience or enthusiasm for EFT, Trauma-Informed Care, or other attachment-based approaches. Eager to work with couples providing EFT couples therapy. Want to develop Couples Retreats and Couples Intensives. Available to work some evenings to meet client scheduling needs. Want to do more than just "provide therapy"--they want to make a lasting impact. Thrive in a team setting that values creativity, authenticity, and collaboration.

Pay: $84,000.00-$156,000.00 per year

Application question(s):

Ability to provide some evening and/or weekend shifts for in-person sessions in our Belleville Therapy Centre. Availability to work a minimum of 2 full days in our Belleville Therapy Centre providing in-person therapy (and more is preferred).
