Position: MRO Service Representative
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
(1)8:30am - 4:30pm
(2)9:00am - 5:00pm
Location: Brampton, ON. (Airport Rd. & Queen Street E.)
Salary: $50,000 to $55,000

Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responds to incoming customer inquiries as they relate to equipment repair requests
  • Obtain key information relating to equipment failure and issues a Returned Goods Authorization form from a computerized repair program
  • Prepares a work requisition and forwards to shop personnel for assessment
  • Quote costs to the customer
  • Process repair/replacement order
  • Purchase parts from outside the organization to expedite or facilitate timely repairs.
  • Responds to incoming customer requests for the return and credit of products
  • Obtain key information relating to the nature of customers' dissatisfaction and issues of Returned Goods Authorization form
  • Processes a credit note for those equipment parts that have been deemed acceptable for return
  • Assists Inside Sales personnel when required
  • Tracks old serial numbers Completes ISO9000 reports noting warranty repairs and assembly errors as required.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3 to 5 years of customer service and/or coordinator experience is required
  • Previous exposure to a similar manufacturing environment would be preferable to provide additional exposure to mechanical and electrical operations.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • High attention to detail
  • Well-developed organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in an team environment, participation and mutual respect
  • Experience with SAP or CRM platform is an asset!
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
