Job Overview:



The Inventory Parts Clerk will coordinate inventory levels and department needs by performing the following duties:

Essential Functions:



Receiving and Inspection Identify and issue out needed parts. Compares pricing and lead times across vendors for best possible offer. Inventory adjustments and reconciliation and coordination Determines if maintenance parts are scrap or can be sent out to repair. Working with vendors to schedule external repair of parts. Keeps track of parts being repaired and trend in the issues. Organizing inventory items by equipment type. Physical inventories and Cycle Counts Determines root cause and Corrective Actions for stock losses. Operate forklift as needed. Proficient in ERP Functions / capable of training piers on lower position levels. Able to create documents to analyze consumption trends. Keep track of system order point requirements, making adjustments if necessary based on change of consumption or Lead Times. Set up BOM and Part numbers in system Respond to daily emails and their requests Develops and maintains basic follow up system for own use, and brings items requiring follow up to supervisor's attention. Execution of strategic initiatives to reduce costs and improve service Must have computer skills to utilize company systems for inventory control (SAP, Fastpick, etc)

Required Education & Experience:



High School diploma or GED A minimum of 5 years of related MRO experience preferably in Inventory Control role Excellent communication, people skills, relationship building, strong customer service Strong proficiency in ERP software Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment High degree of accuracy and detail
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
