to join our aerospace team in Calgary. This role is focused on ensuring the integrity, safety, and compliance of aircraft structures, systems, and components by addressing and resolving non-conformance issues.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and disposition non-conforming parts, materials, and assemblies through the MRB process.
Perform structural and system analysis to assess discrepancies and define corrective actions.
Collaborate with design, stress, manufacturing, and quality teams to develop repair solutions.
Ensure MRB activities comply with industry standards, safety regulations (FAA, TCCA, EASA), and internal policies.
Prepare technical justifications for repair or rework activities.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance MRB efficiency and reduce rework.
Maintain detailed records and reports of MRB activities and corrective actions.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in
Aerospace, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering
(or related field).
5+ years of MRB engineering experience in the aerospace industry.
Strong knowledge of
aircraft structures, composites, systems, and materials
.
Proficiency in
CATIA, SolidWorks
, and related analysis tools.
Hands-on experience with industry regulations (
FAA, TCCA, EASA
).
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
