We are looking for a strong and motivated person to join our team

Full time (Permanent)

Must have valid class 5 license or higher

This position is to assist one of our drivers with on site moving for our contracts. We move items within the same building and from one location to another, all within the city of Saskatoon.

Responsibilities would include but not limited to:

Assist staff with moving office furniture and miscellaneous equipment

Help load and unload delivery trucks

Occasionally assist staff with other types of deliveries as required

Occasionally work independently from the driver, at the same location (different floor, different work order etc.)

Qualities we are looking for:

Ability to lift heavy furniture items and equipment frequently

Ability to walk long distances daily (10,000-20,000 steps/day)

Ability to work unassisted occasionally

Quick learner, responsible and self motivated

Ability to follow directions and ask for clarification if/when required

Must have valid class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation to/from work

Prior moving experience preferred but not required

Excellent communication skills required

Basic hand tool knowledge (screwdriver, cordless drill)

Bondable and legally able to work in Canada

Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm

Wage to be discussed based on experience.

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
