Overview

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Mover to join our team. This role involves assisting with the transportation and relocation of items for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and comfortable with heavy lifting and operating various equipment. Prior warehouse or moving experience is a plus, along with strong communication skills to ensure a smooth moving process.

Duties

Safely load, unload, and transport furniture, boxes, and equipment during moves Operate Truck and other moving equipment as needed Assist clients with packing and unpacking items when required Ensure all items are secured properly during transit to prevent damage Maintain cleanliness and organization of moving supplies and vehicles Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate moving activities Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries Assist in warehouse operations, including inventory management and storage organization Drive commercial vehicles to various locations as part of the moving process

Skills

Experience in moving services or warehouse operations preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with clients Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients Valid Class 5 driver's license (CDL) or experience in commercial driving is desirable Good physical stamina and ability to work in physically demanding environments Reliable, punctual, and able to follow detailed instructions

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
