HelloYugo is a premium moving and white?glove delivery company based in Toronto. We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Mover/Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with moving and transporting goods while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a background in commercial driving, and the ability to perform heavy lifting. This position requires teamwork and a commitment to ensuring that all items are handled with care during the moving process.

Responsibilities

Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods to various locations and follow all road instructions. Assist in loading and unloading items from trucks, ensuring proper handling techniques are used. Protect items with blankets, wrap, and straps to prevent damage Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their moving needs. Perform heavy lifting and maneuvering of furniture and other large items as required. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient moving operations and timely deliveries. Keep the van clean, stock supplies, and report any maintenance needs

Qualifications

Previous experience in moving or warehouse operations is preferred. Holder of a valid Class?G driver licence with at least two years of clean driving record Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 100 pounds) and engage in physical activity throughout the workday. Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus Customer focused, friendly, and calm under pressure A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role. Reliable and punctual; you treat every move like a professional appointment
