Our pay structure rewards performance and experience:

$18/hour:

Probationary wage (2-4 weeks depending on competency)

$20/hour:

Mover Level 1

$22.50/hour:

Mover Level 2

$25/hour:

Crew Chief

$26-$27/hour:

Senior Crew Chief
Plus, earn additional income through tips and bonuses with our MVP point system, which can equate to an additional $300-$600 a month depending on performance.

The Job:

Safely load, transport, and unload customers' belongings. Provide outstanding customer service with a professional and positive attitude. Work efficiently as part of a team, ensuring a smooth and stress-free moving experience.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to pass a criminal record check and consent to drug screening No smoking or vaping on the job site

Review Bonuses:

Earn $10 for every 5-star review without a photo and $20 for every 5-star review with a photo. Crew Chiefs earn $30 for every 5-star review with a photo.
