Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Mover/Driver to join our team. This role involves transporting and handling goods efficiently while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in moving, warehouse operations, and commercial driving, with strong communication skills to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Safely load, unload, and transport items to designated locations using appropriate equipment such as forklifts when necessary Operate commercial vehicles in compliance with all safety regulations and traffic laws Assist customers with their moving needs, ensuring a positive experience through professional communication and service Heavy lifting of furniture, boxes, and other items to facilitate efficient moving processes Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries and pickups Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly Collaborate with team members to coordinate schedules and ensure timely completion of jobs

Requirements

Proven experience in moving, warehouse operations, or related fields preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; forklift certification is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members Experience in commercial driving preferred but not required; training will be provided if necessary Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
