Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Mover/Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods and assisting with moving tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service, possess experience in driving commercial vehicles, and be capable of heavy lifting. Your ability to work efficiently in a warehouse environment while ensuring the safe delivery of items is essential.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a box truck or other commercial vehicles for deliveries and moving tasks. Load and unload items from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Navigate designated routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients at pickup and delivery locations. Assist with packing, wrapping, and securing items for transport. Utilize equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks as needed for loading and unloading. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and warehouse area. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of moving projects.

Experience

Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable. Warehouse experience is a plus, especially in roles involving heavy lifting and manual labor. Proven track record as a delivery driver or in a similar driving position is preferred. Familiarity with operating box trucks and knowledge of manual transmission vehicles is advantageous. Experience with route driving, courier services, or moving logistics will be beneficial. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and effectively while following safety protocols. Pay: $17.50-$28.08 per hour
