Duties

Safely operate company vehicles to transport items to various locations. Assist in loading and unloading items from trucks, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Provide exceptional customer service during the moving process, addressing client questions and concerns. Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding schedules and logistics. Perform warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management and organization of storage areas. Conduct routine inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Utilize forklifts or other equipment when necessary for heavy lifting tasks.

Skills

Experience in warehouse operations is preferred, with a focus on organization and efficiency. Strong customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction during the moving process. Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and effectively. Excellent communication skills to facilitate teamwork and client interactions. Experience with commercial driving is a plus, including knowledge of relevant regulations. Familiarity with moving procedures and best practices is advantageous.
