Move In Coordinator - Full-Time (Temp) up to 6 months
Hours of Work
Flexible to work Days, Evenings, and Weekends
Weekends Required as Needed
Responsibilities:
Schedule/manage move-in dates, medical assessments and lease signings, elevator bookings, parking and locker assignments, new resident events
Prepare move in packages for new admissions including preparing Fobs, Keys, Pendants, meal assignments and housekeeping days
Be present for arrival of movers, residents and family on move in day
Oversee suite preparation and deficiencies with ESM and Sales managers as needed.
Ensure model suites and other suites are "show ready" Hosts resident orientation and connects with resident at set intervals to ensure adapting to community and update Winchester Glen team.
Facilitate and oversee resident run welcome committee
Works with current residents re: internal transfers
Coordinate social media strategies including posting of ads and internal posts
Participate with marketing initiatives as requested including obtaining testimonials, developing social media content
Support and participate in community outreach as required in collaboration with the Sales Team
Provide tours to prospects as requested by General Manager and Sales Managers.
Provide tours to walk-ins, support Sales functions as a member of the Winchester Glen team.
Must be a Team Player, and have effective communication skills, have excellent customer service skills
Qualifications:
Candidate must be highly personable, and able to develop positive working relationships with new residents and colleagues
Able to resolve problems, complaints
Collaborative in nature and ability to work under pressure
Experience in LTC, retirement homes or hospitality related sectors is an asset
Enjoys working with seniors and family members
Highly organized
Strong written and verbal skills
Proficient in Microsoft office (word, excel, power point, outlook) and the availability to adapt easily to other software database systems such as Enquire and Point Click Care
Adaptable with work hours to meet the needs to resident move in schedule
Previous sales experience considered an asset
