Hoyt's Moving and Storage (A Canada Moving Company) is Nova Scotia's oldest moving company and has been providing affordable moving rates for over 75 years. We are seeking a Move Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be customer focused.

Responsibilities

Arranging and scheduling services interacting with agents and operations personnel and communicating regularly with clients and end-line customers. Maintaining system updates and documenting/monitoring steps. Providing exceptional customer service during the relocation process. Working with operations team to coordinate booked moves.
Experience

Qualifications: Effective problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills Ability to balance multiple tasks and analyze data for errors Excellent written and verbal communication skills good reasoning ability and detail-oriented Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, agents, and other organizations. 2 years customer service experience is an asset
