Job Summary:
The Motorclothes Sales role is the foundation of our success in our Motorclothes department. This position is not just about selling apparel or being a cashier, it is about selling a lifestyle that Harley-Davidson has created since 1903 with the ever-evolving motorcycles and riding apparel that goes along with it. We are looking for those with a keen interest in learning about protective riding gear along with casual apparel. We are ready to hire a motor clothes sales consultant to join our team. Must have communication skills, friendly customer service and reliable. The requirements:
Education or experience in merchandising or retail sales preferred
Experience with point-of-sale and computerized inventory systems preferred

Comfortable with various computer systems

The job:
Ensure the Barnes Harley-Davidson brand is maintained through exceptional customer service and continued focus on improving the in-store customer experience
Assist customers by inquiring, listening, and recommending merchandise based on their needs
Maintain expert knowledge of our product by consistently seeking out training and sharing new trends and product knowledge with customers
Assist in product training for other staff members as needed
Help with operational and marketing-related activities on an ongoing basis, such as requesting and swapping signage, offering information on inventory, and supplying customer feedback
Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise stock, and displays
