As a Motor Licensing Agent - Summer Student, you will be on the front line of Westland\'s commitment to superior client service by managing motor vehicle transactions.

Why we\'ll love You:

• Enrolled in High School
• One-year experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent keyboarding skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Quick learner and proficient in computer skills
• Proven demonstration of customer service skills

Once here, you\'ll:

• Represent Westland Insurance\'s brands and values, and engage with customers by greeting and servicing them in-store and by phone.
• Provide exceptional customer service for motor vehicle transactions, including but not limited to driver\'s licenses, abstracts, registrations, renewals and transfers, scheduling driver exams, and other assigned duties.
• Respond directly to and/or refer customer inquiries, questions, and concerns to team members.
• Handle payments and prepare deposits.
• Order and maintain monthly inventory.
• Post payments, receive and sort, distribute mail/courier, date stamp incoming mail, and prepare and post outgoing mail.
• Ensure data entry is accurate and detailed.
• Use computerized systems for service transactions and payments.
• Actively participate in department and staff meetings
• Adhere to security procedures as they pertain to the position, maintaining organized, secure cash holdings
