Job Description

Oxbow Agencies Ltd., is seeking a Full Time SGI Motor License Issuer.

(Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm)

Motor License Issuers are the first point of contact for customers and the successful applicant will assist customers with all motor license issuing transactions while providing courteous professional advice to all customers.

Qualifications

Experience in the insurance industry is preferred but willing to train the right applicant

Experience with Microsoft Word/Excel is preferred

Experience within an office environment is also preferred

Eye for detail with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks

Positive mindset

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Be able to work alongside co-workers

Highly Motivated

Willingness to work in a fast paced environment

Satisfactory Criminal Record Check

The successful applicant will be required to complete SGI New Issuer Training.

Duties

Motor License Issuing (drivers license, registrations, renewals, scheduling driver appointments)

Processing payments

Deposits

Oversee mail distribution

Answering & Directing phone calls

Maintain a high level of confidentiality

Other duties as assigned
