Job Description

We're hiring friendly & professional team players looking to be an important part of our business. We provide professional transportation on luxury motor coaches to Business groups, Tour groups, Sports teams, Schools and group adventures. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, loves driving, being punctual and can problem solve.

Responsibilities:



Professionally drive and operate coach buses services including long-haul charters and single day trips Complete required paperwork such as E-logs, dispatch sheets, DVIRS Notify dispatchers or company mechanics of vehicle problems. Maintain communication with both our Dispatch Team and Maintenance Team to ensure smooth and successful transportation services for our valued clients and their passengers. Demonstrates behavior's consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and suppliers. Strong customer service and relationship skills, together with excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communications skills. Ability to follow procedures relating to requests for special bus movements changes of bus schedules and/or protocols. Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Maintain exceptional customer service at all times with an unwavering focus on customer satisfaction including keeping the coach safe, clean, and fueled. Employees must wear company provided uniform at all times while on Duty. Perform other duties as assigned.
Personal Attributes:

Willing and able to provide customer service at the highest level. Presents a neat and well-groomed professional appearance and demeanor. Be punctual, demonstrating dependable and reliable attendance patterns. Must be well rested and alert when reporting for duty.
Physical Requirements:

Able to sit for long periods of time, operating a vehicle with attention to safety. Able to see and hear clearly both during the day and at night. Able to lift and carry baggage weighing up to 50 lbs.
Experience and Knowledge:

Coach drivers require minimum 3 years of coach bus experience or 10 Years of trucking experience. Valid class 2 license with air brakes or class 1 and clean driving record (10 Year Abstract). Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures. Ability to communicate in English (written and oral). Be willing to work flexible hours including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays. A good knowledge of the geographic area around Alberta and British Columbia. Must be able to solve problems under stressful situations such as traffic and weather. Have a GPS and a mobile smart phone and have the ability to communicate via e-mail and SMS.

Changing weather Must be flexible with hours of work. Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test
