Position Overview:We are seeking a talented Freelance Motion Graphics Designer to collaborate with our real estate client to create captivating visual content that enhances our client\xe2\x80\x99s brand presence and showcases their properties in innovative ways. This is an ongoing, ad hoc engagement. As a Freelance Motion Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing dynamic motion videos tailored for real estate marketing. You will work with the marketing team to bring their properties and promotional content to life through engaging visuals and animations.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
• Work with existing storyboards to design and animate motion graphics, including property showcases, virtual tours, logo animations, and promotional videos.
• Use creative visual effects, transitions, and typography to enhance storytelling and captivate viewers.
• Customize motion graphic templates or create original designs that align with our client\xe2\x80\x99s brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Optimize motion graphics for various digital platforms and screen sizes, ensuring compatibility and performance.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on design concepts to achieve desired outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality motion graphics within project timelines and budget constraints.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years proven experience as a motion graphics designer, animator, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphic projects.
• Proficiency in motion graphics software and tools, such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, and design aesthetics.
• Creative mindset with the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing and engaging motion graphics.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver polished and professional animations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
• Experience working with real estate or property-related projects is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
